Formed in Vancouver in 1992 by Tom Landa, The Paperboys have been tearing up stages across North America with their fusion of Celtic, Bluegrass, Latin & Roots Pop. The band has been praised for their remarkable talent and show stopping performances, which have taken them from Coast to Coast over 16 times.

This six-piece group has built an impressive following, playing over 180 shows annually for the past 5 years. More than 10,000 folks across North America have signed onto the group's bi-monthly newsletter and their web site receives thousands of hits weekly.

Their dynamic concerts and hard work ethic attracted the booking agency of Fleming Tamulevich and Assoc. (home of Ani Difranco, Dar Williams, and John Gorka) and they quickly added the group to their impressive roster.

A major hit at folk festivals, clubs and theatres The Paperboys are a band whose live show has earned them a reputation not only as an accessible high-energy act but also as a musical force to be reckoned with.

"No Matter how fast they play or how enthused they get on stage their playing never gets sloppy. All those nights on the road in all those clubs have made them very tight. The groove never slips it just gets hotter"
Dugg Simpson, Vancouver Folk Festival
