Tim "Too Slim" Langford - slides into Omak for an unplugged set with his special blend of guitar work. The appearance comes a night after the group Too Slim & The Taildraggers appears at Mootsy's in Spokane. Too Slim & The Taildraggers next appear March 22 at Sam's in Kennewick before a gig in Sweden March 26 through April 6.
Too Slim brings the same energy exhibited by the three-piece band (Tony Brimm and John Cage), along with a diverse knowlege of blues, rock, Louisiana swamp music with an occasional touch of country and western.
Too Slim brings his strong, clear and active blues-rock guitar work to The Breadline Cafe in an unplugged session - actually he likes to use an electrified acoustic guitar.
Spend a pleasant night listening to the Inland Empire's greatest blues slide guitar player. Hear a legend in his own time. Too Slim & The Taildraggers have been voted by Inland Empire Blues Society the Best Blues Band for many years, and Langford Best Blues Guitarist.
The concert is sponsored by Okanogan R&B Society.
