Randy Redman, Omak, and Jonathan Owens, Okanogan, will make their debut at the Cafe having to cancel an engagement earlier this year due to illness.
But the dream to play bluegrass at the Breadline Cafe lives on, and they have rescheduled for early May.
Come, tap your toes to these county musicians who will brighten up your dinner.
Randy got his first guitar when he was 15 and fell in love with country music. He learned to play the mandolin about 10 years ago, which is his main instrument now.
"I love bluegrass music because it speaks to the soul, it has great vocal hamonies and the classic bluegrass instruments have such a fanfastic sound, makes ya want to dance," Randy says.
"I live with my family in the Okanogan and rifle gun barrels for a living," says Randy. "I also collect old photo's of cowboy's, cowgirls and Indians and sell enlargements of them."
Jonathan has played piano for 24 years, and also plays guitar and mandolin. He enjoys composing original tunes as well as playing traditional music, and is highly inspired by gospel and boogie woogie.
He owns Owens Piano Service, which provides piano tuning, repair and regulation services throughout Okanogan County.
