     Tom Reichner has had a passion for the outdoors and wildlife from a very early age. In 2007, he moved from Pennsylvania to Okanogan County, after falling in love with the wilderness and the great diversity of wildlife that are in the area.
     In his relentless pursuit for capturing unique wildlife images, he has spent countless hours driving the Western United States, laying on his belly in the dirt, and crouched in blinds he has crafted himself.
     While in Okanogan County, he has thrilled at the seemingly unlimited opportunities to "shoot" the amazing variety of waterfowl, game birds, such as pheasant, grouse and chukar, and the large game: bear, moose, deer and bighorn sheep.
     During his two years in Okanogan County, he has been known to spend every spare moment either driving the county roads or on a road trip hunting new wildlife subjects.
     When asked where he is headed or has been, the conversation is likely to start with "there's a pond . . . "
     He photographs wildlife throughout the Pacific Northwest and the Inland Northwest, but especially enjoys photographing wildlife right here in Okanogan County.
     All the birds and animals he shoots are wild and free - nothing is photographed in zoos, preserves or other captive situations.
