• Our coffee comes from "4 Seasons" in Spokane, a micro roaster older than Starbucks!
• We make fresh stock gravies and soups.
• Our mashed potatoes are those old-fashioned, hand-peeled kind.
• Our cream is real, our butter is butter, and no back talk or funny looks if you ask for honey.
• Our salad dressings are made here just for you. Our salad greens are hand-cut daily.
• Our turkey, roast beef and corned beef are the real thing - slow-baked back in our busy little kitchen.
• Our steaks are Angus beef. All beef at the Breadline Café now provided by Tonasket's Oberg Brothers. No antibiotics. No hormones. All premium quality meat.
